MIJN TRANSFORMATIE

Ik was mijn hele leven erg mager, een paar jaar geleden woog ik 53 kilo, maar na efficiënt trainen en doorzetten verhoogde ik mijn spiermassa met 12 kilo. Eindelijk heb ik het lichaam dat ik wilde hebben, en wat is het mooiste ervan? Ik heb er vertrouwen in dat ik het zal blijven houden.

WAT ZEGGEN MIJN STUDENTEN?

Anthony raakte 25 kilo kwijt met efficiënt trainen

I've worked with Miguel as my personal trainer for over 1 year now and I can say he is one of the most focused and patient trainers I've had. He is very consistent with the routines and makes sure to keep me working for my goals without adding uncomfortable pressure. He gives feedback and encouragement very well and isn't afraid to correct mistakes I make so I can get the best results.

I could never be consistent with my training over time because I got bored very easy. With Miguel everything is more easy. He made me feel the training a priority and something for relax, for me, for enjoying. Definitely I want recommend him. Flexible, motivate and good personal trainer. Thank you so much Miguel!

I’ve worked out with Miguel 2 years now. Pre COVID at a local gym and PostCOVID outdoors or at home. I am really enjoying the sesions. The work outside has been nice because of the fresh air and creative things Miguel comes up with. He understands what the limits are and pushed you to them. I can’t recommend Miguel highly enough.

Awesome experience working out with Miguel. He really shows you how to execute all the exercises with the proper technique and provides you an extremely useful training plan. Furthermore, despite being very professional in the sessions, he is also a very friendly guy. I really enjoy a lot our sessions and when I work out with him I really feel as if I was meeting a friend. Totally recommendable!

Miguel is one of the best trainers that ever knew. Thanks to him, I have got the aims that I proposed. He designed a good workout specifically for me, according to my needs. Miguel is an amazing trainer! He is able to adapt to your needs and moods, and always has a smile on his face to cheer you up. Miguel is a fantastic trainer and even my boyfriend who hated any physical activity before, likes going to the classes with Miguel. Classes are tiring but Miguel always makes it a lot of fun and motivates us to do our best. We will keep going as long as Miguel want to train with us!

Great personal trainer. I started training with Miguel less than a year ago and I have seen a big difference in my body!The exercises are always based on my needs, with increasing difficulty so I keep improving. Always with a smile on his face, he’s very flexible with time and location of the training. All in all, great personal trainer, totally recommend him!

Miguel es muy atento en los entrenamientos y dispuesto ayudarte en lo que haga falta para conseguir tus objetivos, tiene mucha paciencia y eso se agradece cuando te tiene que explicar los ejercicios una y otra vez.
