I could never be consistent with my training over time because I got bored very easy. With Miguel everything is more easy. I’ve worked out with Miguel 2 years now. Pre COVID at a local gym and PostCOVID outdoors or at home. I am really enjoying the sesions. The work outside has been nice because of the fresh air and creative things Miguel comes up with. He understands what the limits are and pushed you to them. I can’t recommend Miguel highly enough.

Awesome experience working out with Miguel. He really shows you how to execute all the exercises with the proper technique and provides you an extremely useful training plan. Furthermore, despite being very professional in the sessions, he is also a very friendly guy.
